We do not repair structurally damaged wood. Our preparation process includes minor filling and sanding only, intended to improve surface smoothness for wrapping, not to restore or rebuild damaged substrates.
Hinges and fittings will only be adjusted if they are already in good working condition. We are not responsible for worn, damaged, or faulty hinges.
Kitchen Wrap Masters is not responsible for any damage to or loss of items on the premises. Clients must remove or secure all valuables and fragile items from work areas prior to installation.
A 50% deposit may be required to secure materials. If no deposit has been paid in advance, full or partial payment must be made upon arrival before work commences.
We perform basic tidying after completion of work. Clients are responsible for final waste disposal at the designated refuse area.
Once a quotation has been accepted, pricing is final and no further negotiations or discounts will be entertained.
Colours displayed in photos or digital samples may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or material batches.
We provide a 3 year material guarantee against delamination, cracking, and changes in appearance under normal residential use. This guarantee applies to the wrapping material only and excludes wear and tear, impact damage, misuse, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, and damage caused by frequent handling of high-use appliances.
Wrapped surfaces should be cleaned using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth only. Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, sharp objects, and excessive scrubbing may damage the finish and void the guarantee.
If a client cancels after our team has arrived on-site, a R500 cancellation fee will apply to cover travel and time costs.
Quoted prices include wrapping of front-facing surfaces only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Wrapping of door backs, interiors, panels, or additional areas will incur extra charges.
Minor imperfections such as texture visibility, light scratches, or small air bubbles may occur depending on the original surface condition. These are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
If the client supplies their own wrapping material, all responsibility for material quality, suitability, defects, shortages, and replacement rests solely with the client. Kitchen Wrap Masters accepts no liability in these cases.
