We do not fix damaged wood. Our preparation includes filling and sanding to create a smoother surface suitable for wrapping.
We only adjust hinges if they are still in good working condition.
KitchenWrapMasters is not responsible for any damage or loss of items. It is the client’s responsibility to remove valuables or fragile items from the areas where wrapping will take place.
A 50% deposit may be required to cover material costs. If the deposit has not been paid in advance, full or partial payment must be made upon our arrival before work begins.
We handle basic cleaning and tidying after wrapping. The client is responsible for removing any trash or waste once we have completed tidying up.
Once a price has been agreed upon, no further negotiations or discounts will be made.
Colours shown in pictures may appear slightly different in person due to lighting or screen variations.
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty covering lifting or installation-related issues. This warranty includes one free repair visit. If an additional visit is required, the client must cover transport costs.
Clean the wrapped surfaces using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh abrasives, sharp tools, or strong chemicals to maintain the wrap’s finish.

We only wrap the front-facing surfaces of doors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Wrapping of backs, interiors, or additional areas will incur extra costs.
Scratches, texture marks, or minor air bubbles may be visible after installation depending on the condition and type of surface being wrapped. These are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
If the client chooses to supply their own wrapping material, the client assumes full responsibility for the material. KitchenWrapMasters is not liable for defects, shortages, failures, or replacement costs related to client supplied materials, regardless of the situation.
We are responsible for tidying up leftover materials and performing minor cleanups on completion. The client is responsible for the final disposal of all waste at the designated refuse area.
All prices provided online are estimates only and are subject to increase upon on-site inspection, measurement confirmation, or changes in scope. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
