Questions
Kitchen Wrapping FAQ
When applied by professionals, vinyl wrapping produces a smooth, consistent finish that closely resembles painted or manufactured board cabinetry. The result depends heavily on surface preparation and installation quality — which is why specialist installers make the difference.
In most cases, doors are wrapped in-situ without full removal. This keeps the process clean and fast. Our team will advise during the quoting stage if any doors need to be removed for the best result.
Handles are removed before wrapping and refitted after. Hinges are adjusted if they are in good working condition. We are not responsible for worn, damaged or faulty hinges — please flag this during consultation.
We perform minor filling and sanding as part of our surface preparation. We do not repair structurally damaged wood. If the substrate is severely damaged, we will advise you honestly during the quote visit — some surfaces may not produce the best result and we'll tell you upfront.
Clean with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, sharp objects, and excessive scrubbing — these can damage the finish and void the guarantee.
